Thank you for shopping with Tac-Pulse Outfitters! Since all our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology, each item is custom-produced just for you after your order is placed. This allows us to offer unique, high-quality gear without excess inventory, but it does mean longer processing times than traditional retail.

Order Processing & Production Time

  • All orders are processed and produced within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • We ask for up to 5 business days for production to ensure the highest quality printing and preparation.
  • This timeframe starts once your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after business hours will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates After production is complete, your order will be handed off to our shipping carrier for delivery. Transit times vary by destination:

  • United States — Typically 3–7 business days after production (total estimated delivery: 5–12 business days from order date).
  • Canada — Typically 4–10 business days after production.
  • International (EU, UK, Australia, etc.) — Typically 7–20 business days after production (customs processing may add extra time).

These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to high order volumes, carrier issues, weather, or customs clearance for international shipments.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected items. We offer:

  • Flat-rate or calculated shipping (depending on your platform setup).
  • Free shipping thresholds or promotions may apply occasionally—check product pages or promotions for details.

We do not mark up shipping fees beyond what our fulfillment partners charge; costs reflect actual carrier rates.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). You can track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

Important Notes

  • We ship from multiple fulfillment locations worldwide to optimize speed and reduce costs. Your order may ship from the facility closest to your shipping address.
  • International customers: You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT fees imposed by your country. These are not included in our shipping rates.
  • Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
